Hello! Can I ask where it asks for that? Are you paying over Paypal or something like that?

Hello, I wasn't aware that the model is sold as a complicated model, I haven't seen it in the Model's description, but I could have overlooked it, so that is on my end, probably. Still, I can of course get to work with it since it's for me nothing, but I more or less talked in the perspective of someone who might not have that much experience with everything, so I probably made that unclear, so I apologize.
and all good, I am being a pirate here, but I also do not pay for Substance Painter (forced ot have it due to other bases). So I get that.
And I see, of course, as the end user, I cannot see the creation process, so hearing they take lots of money and time gives me a new perspective on such minor things, so I get that such things slip. I am still regardless happy that these models get released and fill a very particular niche.
I hope my feedback didn't come across as rude or hateful, I still like the models you make and they are probably the coolest avis out there especially the system that the bits come with and so on, it is stuff you don't see on any other base.
I did a review, but I don't know how itch.io works with reviews, so I will maybe post something here, to maybe give some feedback for future models and maybe for future updates to existing models.
I am a very experienced avatar maker and worked with many bases before, I do 3D work as a hobby, and I am first of all in love with the look of the model and all the different things to put on there, that is very neat! I can imagine it is hard to keep track of it all, but that is where it also begins, the blender file is a big mess and I had to rename lots of things, it was like doing chores, and for a quick custom set up it was pretty exhausting. The blender file feels very rushed.
I understand not everyone works with Substance Painter, but custom textures are not possible with the unusual blender set up, which can also be done within Substance Painter, especially for VRChat, since many people use Substance Painter as their primary texturing tool. This is my first model from the creator, and I understand everyone has a different way of doing 3D stuff.
However the unity file is also very confusing since I never seen the tail being put as a separate asset, it is fine and it is manageable to work with, but given there is a plant and digi-grade set up, I found out that the rotation constraints for the digi set up was missing for whatever reason.
There is also a tiny few spots that have weightpaint problems but that is fine, Weight painting is very difficult to handle and do.
Anyway, I hope this finds the creator or creators of this model well and I cannot wait to see where this model goes since it is very cool :)!
