This is a common occurance, try turning off your Firewall / any AntiVirus Protection you have temporarily and it should download the game fine.

Are you hitting the frame around the tree? It shouldn't produce a circle, just a hitting effect and sound effect (and it will also give you items). If it shows the circle, you're doing it wrong. Try aim at the tree itself, not the surrounding area.

Ashampoo ZIP PRO is a data extraction / encryption software. Presumably you have downloaded it in the past, and if you dont want to use it you will have to uninstall it.

Its not a bug. If he got stuck, it's because he probably built things around him without realising he'd be stuck and now he wants to get out, he went to the wrong page to get help.
