From what I played, it is a really cool game with a fantastic premise! Unfortunately, I didn't get very far because the game maxed out my computer's CPU XD
However, looking at other comments, it seems to be just my computer so I will not deduct any points on that front :)
The atmospheric sounds fit right into the gameplay and the idea of relying on turning your torch off is brilliant as it makes the game far scarier!
WOW! Growing up, my big brother had a PlayStation. Not a PS2 or PS1, in those days it was just the PlayStation and this game brought me right back! Aesthetically the game is GORGEOUS and the cover art is spot on! I didn't notice the music at first and that's how you know they fit in well!
The gameplay is so fun! It brings me back to the days of Serious Sam and Quake.
The game fits the theme perfectly and looks really charming too! It's gameplay is VERY addictive and very fun. The music is great and the little turtle scream is brilliant! The only drawback on the aesthetics is there seems to be a choppy framerate (for me at least) making it difficult to judge whether or not I will hit anything. But that may just be part of that charm!
Although it's not the most original concept, for a 2 week game jam, it fits the theme, its charming and generally a very fun game. Good job! :D
