I did move my saves to PC while my phone was getting repaired so i wouldnt lose it maybe thats why its locked again.

yeah probably, I am currently playing on android but I might just transfer all my saves to play PC might be better for the long and quality wise. 

Anyone know why the H-scenes are locked even though im up to date on the game and the latest version? I unlocked all of it but now they are locked again.

Yeah im on about the former specialy for act 2, but maybe something for when ever you finish the game. 

Have you thought about adding a progression bar and or something for each area, like something to tell us we have done everything in that area and there isn't anything new left. I think that would very useful.
