How did you get ending 4?

Ok so I have gotten the 1st ending so now all I need is the 4th. Can anyone give me any hints as to how how get the 4th ending.

I was able to get endings 2,3, and 5 so far. The hardest part about this was trying to get the Skinwalker into the hole.  I'm lost on how I can find endings 1 and 4 though.
