each time i play a week it goes to a white screen and it has a x__x face,can someone help?

i cant play either,each time i try loading the game a white screen appears with a x__x face
each time i try playing a week it shows a white screen with a face that looks like "x__x'' can somebody help me? its been happening for about 2 or 3 months now.
