Beautiful generation of poems. There came out really funny (and amazingly good) stuff. I'm also glad that you can play it on mobile devices. That's been too rare so far. Does the king have any particular preferences then? I didn't get behind the patterns :(
thx for your comment. Yes that is the way it is meant to be. I wanted to create a challenging and unique mechanic. Sure, the controls are a bit clunky and the various parameters are not perfectly aligned with the level design. But there's one thing you definitely shouldn't be able to do in the game and that's move around in mid-air ;)

At first you could move the character in the air. However, it made the game very easy, because you always quickly get to a wall due to the resolution. So I decided to go with the variant with the dash. My goal was to develop an easy-to-learn-hard-to-master-game. Well and of course my experience in programming is also very limited :D

Wow I love your game. The artstyle is cute, the gameplay is perfectly timed and the movement is extremely accurate. I'm sure we'll see Banana Duck at some jam recaps on youtube.
