Talk to Rose, buy a Tulip and give it to Arion. A few days later, (not sure how long) Arion will give you a flower back and you gain another heart.

My personal method for getting money relatively easily and quick is mining Diabosite until you get tired and selling it to the blacksmith, once it's unlocked.
Getting glowshroom from entering the Pure Lake is a 15% chance, each time you enter the location, according to the guide.You can and should use the garden you can build in your hut to grow more.
Make sure you try to chop one down first without a Hatchet, outside your house, then go buy the hatchet from the blacksmith.
Does anyone have any good tips to get a lot of XP?
You can find 5 Glowshrooms when you first encounter the Northcrest Cave, and you can bring that to the priestess at the Shrine, or the Witch I think.
The horse likes red berries, and the raptor also eats meat.
