Go to settings and increase the FPS limit. The new update decreased it a bunch for some reason but once you put it back up the lag dissapears.
If you set your FPS higher in preferences, it stops lagging. I had to set it to 160 to completely stop it, though.
This game is incredibly laggy after the recent update.
