I just downloaded the latest patch from June and I have no saves or my unlocks. Did I miss a step somewhere in installation or this normal?

I really liked the update and the Menu screen. The animations and how it related to the story were excellent! I hope to see more of that. I know it wasn't the longest update, but this sort of quality and writing cannot be rushed! Hope there is a chance for some money shots at the end of the scenes though.
