The same thing happened to me, (Im on Mac) but I did manage to fix it. All you have to do is find it in finder, and then go from there, usually finder tells you a list of instructions if your having trouble downloading it !! hope this helps. ^^ Don't worry it does work !!

may sound stupid, but when I download it, it says its downloaded, but when I click on ClanGen, it uses says "Apple couldn't see its malfunction" and then "Please update this software" so my question is, how do you actually start to play it
