I've been exploring the usage of water magic for a while, and I was just curious if there was a way to max things out, which I'm not understanding. You can't upgrade the alteration buildings, and for example, breast size caps out at 'large'. Once breasts are at stage IV(4), they can't be increased anymore, even though the game does allow breasts of larger sizes. Is there something I need to do in order to unlock higher morphing limits?

You need to get a slaver with water magic, and you also need to build the proper constructions for it. Then you're able to access body-morphing in the slave training options. Sadly though, this only works on slaves, not slavers.
