i'm having the same issue!! did you ever resolve it?

so i put 'BGC *' in the game data for all the sprites i wanted transparent but it doesn't work when i export it as an html file. is there anything i can do to fix that? i used bitsy color + because i did need some extra colours for some of the sprites.
