Basically, you don't control when actions happen, you can like... boost their effects only. The counter is for when it happens, and the break is for you to boost your team (so if you boost your attack option by 100% its 100% more effective, that resets after it attacks). This is the case for every other combat thingy in the game as of writing.

Pretty good premise, but it falls short in some areas.
The combat is very clunky and hard to understand, i have no idea what i'm doing, and i think i'm doing it wrong? The first battle was kind of hard, so i'm terrified of doing the next ones.
The sex system - I like how many stuff you can do in it, but at the moment it's so... slow. I prefer the sex system in BDCC way more, but that might be just a personal experience.
Also there is a lot of text. That's a mixed bag - i'm not used to reading big amounts of text, so ironically i have to be *not* horny to actually have the patience to read it, but on the other hand i love that it's descriptive enough to hook me in, but not too descriptive, 'cause that can get boring.
Another thing on my mind is that there's basically no tutorials, except the "?" buttons. I think it'd be better if there was some sort of interactive tutorial for everything, so you're *forced* to know what's what. Also some of the things are just not explained at all, like seducing your crew, or ship policies...
Finally, i'd love to see some way of seeing relationships with people on board, how am i supposed to know if my XO is my friend, or if they're my fuckbuddy already?
In short, love the game and idea, but the combat system and sex system needs improvements, and probably some overhauls.
Hello.
I've been trying to start a new game in Amsterdam, but when i change any advanced option (currency, healthcare funding, worker organisation and education funding) it crashes. It doesn't crash when i don't touch the settings.
How do i fix this? I really wanna play with changed settings.
