Custom Keybinds. I dont even know how many times I've vented in front of everyone while trying to sabotage with space bar.

Add arms. 

Ok so people say have it so you can hide bodies in vents. What if when a body is hid in a vent, you cant go through it, and you have to decide whether to take out the body or not use the vents. And while you're deciding, Your character is holding a body so if someone walks in, they see you and can report the dead body while you'r holding it (risky but fastest) or call an emergency meeting (safe, but limited meetings)
