Hello! SoulMuppet have the updated PDF, and you should have a message from them about re-downloading it via their site.  Let us know if that hasn't worked for you!

Hello! SoulMuppet have the updated PDF, and you should have a message from them about re-downloading it via their site.  Let us know if that hasn't worked for you!

Bless you.

Thanks for the kind words!

Hello! The very basics are similar to Blades - Position & Effect, the way you roll for Actions, Resistance, Stress, Flashbacks - but above that there are a lot of fairly substantial changes to the structure of the game. We have very different phases to Blades: we have an entire wilderness phase designed to make travel feel much more significant; there's an investigation phase which evokes the sort of procedural sleuthing and tracking of a monster; our downtime phase has very different emphases. There's an extremely silly optional magic system. It's quite a lot. Hope that's a useful answer!

Haha! YES! There are definitely a lot of inverted Robin Hood tropes in there and a good dose of Cohen Bros chaos, too! Let us know how it goes down with your group.

Thank you so much! It's wonderful to hear. (And also, as you say, the reviews are hidden for reasons I do not understand, so comments like this are extremely welcome!)

Not in the immediate future, I'm afraid. Maybe if we win an award or two and demand increases!

Hello! We will soon have a small surplus of physical copies, once the Kickstarter backers have received theirs. We'll update the page when they're available!

Awesome! The physical TTRPG book is the next thing from us, but I'll definitely be fiddling around with interactive fiction again in the future. It's great fun. Thanks so much for streaming it!

That's so nice to hear! Thank you.

Woo! Thank you!

So glad you had fun with it! The pre-made characters were  a joy to write, as you can probably tell.

Thanks so much for the kind words! We're working on TEETH itself quite urgently.

Thanks for the kind words! I agree it's doable in a single session, we just seldom manage more than 3 hours, so it's multi-session to us. We're really pleased with the playbooks, too, and having pre-written characters  something we're thinking of  carrying over into the campaign, too.

Great feedback! Thanks so much for playing it, we really appreciate this sort of detailed response.

Hogs Master, of course.

Super useful review - thanks for playing! You make a good point about Harm and Guts. In longer campaigns based on the Forged in the Dark ruleset this is ameliorated by a downtime phase, but in a single-session game like this maybe that's something we need to tweak or flag up. Anyway, let us know how you get on with Blood Cotillion!

Thank you for the kind words, much appreciated. We're super proud of Blood Cotillion! We have another adventure coming soon - a little delayed by some real  life responsibilities.

There is now!

An 18th century apocalyptic event, yes. The  people in Hogmen were on their way to the same region in which Blood Cotillion takes place. When we bring out the bigger Teeth setting, it will link this stuff properly.

That's lovely to hear! I hope everyone met a suitably melodramatic fate. Let us know how you get on with Blood Cotillion!

Not in the slightest! Have fun!

Glad it worked for you! I think you're right about the Risky position as default.

Thanks for the kind words! Glad you had a good one with it.

Those Blades In The Dark dice rolls do take a while to get used to, especially if you are used to quite different systems. I couldn't see *at all* how it would work when I first read them, but now I am a total convert. (Obviously!)

Ah, i see what you mean - no, there's no special rules attached to that. Just prompts for asking for info about your surroundings. I can see that they should probably be labelled apart from the guts-spending rules.

(1 edit)

Those are the additional moves you can perform by spending Guts. See page 20.

That's fantastic. Thanks for the kind words!

Thanks for the kind words! Do let us know if you run it.

Fantastic! Thanks so much for the feedback. More coming soon.

No plans yet, but we would love to do so.
