Thank you! I can see why you'd think it's a bit slow paced, but hopefully the next release will speed up a bit of the progression. The first release was primarily meant as an intro and laying the framework for the story, so it should pick up speed as releases come out.

Hi!
I just published the first release of my sci-fi Adult Visual Novel Redshift. You can find it here.
It's a little rough around the edges, but I felt that it was polished enough to at least be put out for other people to give me some feedback. It covers the first few weeks and introduces 5 characters, with interactions between everyone. It has 450+ renders and about 30,000 words of dialogue so while it's no Ulysses, I think it has at least a bit of playtime in it.
The assets were all rendered in 1080p in Daz3d using Nvidia's Iray engine. Here are some sample renders:
The story of Redshift follows the crew of the Amenonuhoko as they attempt to carry out their mission to plant a colony on a star system close to Earth. Barnard-B was the original destination, but something happened a long the trip that changed not only their mission parameters, but also their lives in an irreversible way. You play as a custom named MC, Cole by default, as he navigates his new reality and as he attempts to grapple with the choices he's forced to make to aim for not only mission success, but to protect the lives of the crew and colonists on board. He's thrown into the situation grossly underqualified and honestly a little bit mentally weak, but there's hope he'll rise to the occasion.
Redshift is primarily a story about how people will react in completely unforeseeable circumstances and situations, and the choices you make will ultimately determine how certain people will live out the rest of their days.
There's some sexy times happening too, but when you're stuck on a ship with no idea what the next day will bring you, can you blame anyone for wanting a little physical affection?
