it would help a ton if you could send your "Player.log" text files to us via email to support@tensori.fi. There could be error messages in those log files that could point us towards finding the cause of these problems.

One possible solution is to add this to the launch options
-force-d3d11

If this doesn't help, I have heard that for some it's possible to get to the menu but after trying to play one of the chapters the game crashes. If this is the case, we could test few settings - in the settings menu there are several settings that increase graphics performance:

  • "resolution" to lower, for example 3840x2160 -> 1920x1080
  • "image-upscaling" to "FSR" (or "DLSS" also works if you have it available)
  • "lighting quality" to "none"/"low"
  • "reflection quality" to "off"/"low"
  • "anti-aliasing" to "off"

If these things don't help, it would help a ton if you could send your "Player.log" text files to us via email to support@tensori.fi. There could be error messages in those log files that could point us towards finding the cause of these problems.
