I am starting the challenge!
This is my second attempt at a 7DRL, my last year's attempt having tanked by day two. Humbled by defeat I am ditching many of my ambitious goals of the past, to focus on delivering a core playable experience: A Roguelike rendered in text.
Still, I cannot resist making things difficult for myself, and have taken up trying to recreate the Pokemon magic in a procedurally generated world, with procedurally generated monsters! Hope things work out this time!
