It wasn't at all what I expected, but I ended up loving the narrative of this game. 

I also appreciate the acknowledgement that Hanahaki disease can be made a pretty toxic trope at times with the emphasis on the possibility that a character could die if their romantic feelings weren't reciprocated. If it were real it could easily turn into situations like this.

I never see anything Irish in games so that first "Anseo" was like a jumpscare (but a very welcome one).

Great atmosphere btw the whole thing has a very tense vibe from start to finish.

It was really neat and I liked all of the characters a lot. It's also cool that you can get a completely different perspective on them both by playing both routes. Only problem was that when playing on android, a lot of the text in Dahlia's diary is cut off. 

The overall atmosphere, writing and animation is amazing but honestly I think my favourite part is the character portraits and their blinking, it's super charming but still fits with the creepy vibe
