The first chapter is really good, I found myself going crazy in the room with the pools because I kept seeing stuff in the corner of my eye, you really nailed this game so far.

At first I thought it was a point and click game, for only being a work in progress, I think its pretty good, you should add in some more ambience like the lights humming, and maybe some light footsteps, I really like the direction you took with making the rooms seem very strange though.
