Apologies for the delay in responding; Itchio's notification system leaves much to be desired. To cut a long story short, Patreon's 'trust and safety' team flagged some characters in the game for appearing too young, which may seem absurd to those who've been following the game for some time — because, well, it is. Nonetheless, I've set up several alternative pages for the visual novel.
If you want to contribute to the project, you can do so here on Itchio when a new update comes out, or on Subscribestar and buy me coffee where you can choose from tiers just like on patreon, being able to get your hands on the game almost a week before everyone else. (idk why Itchio doesn't have this feature)

Yep, it is on the roadmap! Although at first, in convos/story only since it takes 3-4 months of a pregnant state to be observable visually. What I mean is the pregnant fetish you specifically refer to (a.k.a a pregnant woman in her late stages) won't show up on the renders/animations for a while 'cause, and I hope you understand my reasoning here, I can't just jump with the story timeline forward for the sake of one kink, leaving a huge gap in between story-wise.
That's one of the reasons why I started this project. I was (and still am) an avid lover of VNs, and just like you, I was fed up with the generic plots that came out one after the other, especially the ratio of 10% story and 90% bodily fluid exchange. So 'cause I didn't want to be that guy who goes on to the forums and starts b*tching and moaning like an entitled prick, I started tinkering around with the tools that you can create Vns with, eg. coding, rendering, 3D sculpting, PS postwork, animation, etc. When I thought I reached an acceptable level after around 1.5 years, I wrote down the rough storyline (the original was around a 100 pages draft), focusing almost solely on the characters. That is also one reason why the first real xxx scene appears much later in the game.
Fun fact, the Bi/Gay storyline was not planned originally, it is an addition due to one of my oldest patrons on Patreon "pushing" me to do it. You can imagine how interesting was the learning curve for a straight male like me, plunging myself into a whole new world of same-sex relations. But luckily it seems to pay off 'cause the feedback is super positive from the community so far.
Try to open it in your browser. The error refers to the page length of the pdf, it can't handle the dimensions of the file. Basically the problem is that the walkthroug is on a single page. Sorry for the inconvenience.
