I have a word to help you, How high specs are your computer? Get a new graphics card and try again (fpe uses alot of resoures. MY FAN WAS SO LOUD!)

double click the app then click extract then open the extracted folder (if not opened) then double click THAT app then it should run else your computer might not be a os with windows. Install windows is you dont have it to play.
