The game is open source, so theoretically anyone can mod anything into the game https://gitgud.io/argonvile/monster-mind/, sadly many people quit before finishing, there was someone who modded an espeon to a playable state, idk if there is a download link, you'll need to snoop in the Discord Server.

I think I saw somewhere you need to beat the 4-peg puzzles around five times, and the 5-peg puzzle once, other than that, try buying everything in the shop
