Very good graphic style. I love water shader. Good idea with wood wracks around the packages. They help to find them, it is easier for the eye.
Are You using Safari browser? I read that it doesn't support GLES3. I have changed it to GLES2. Hope it works now for You :)About loading I don't know how to make it faster.
