This is so intense xD

Love it

"Today isn't even the 18th!"

Lolllllllllllllllllllllllll, love it!

This game is so fun. I think the cat should have nine lives, though. :)

Cool! My Discord is The One And Only#5026.

Hi guys! I'm a composer looking to gain experience through game jams. Here is my Soundcloud (I just started posting to it yesterday): https://soundcloud.com/the-one-and-only-276675383.

Let me know if you are interested in working together!

It's just like Agar.io! Lol.

Fun game, music was nice but got a little repetitive. Definitely would like to see more levels, power-ups, and the ability to actually grow your planet, not just in numbers but visually. Great work on this game, though!

I liked the art, and the story was nice. It would be much easier if the gears were controlled by the mouse wheel, though. It was also a little frustrating trying to get the chest to open. But hey--good work on this game!

Man, that sounds awesome! Can't wait to see it! ;)

No problem! :)

This game is so addictive--I literally had to pull myself away from it. The animation is great, the music is relaxing--this could definitely be turned into a finished game. And frankly, I think it should.

What a soothing game! The vibe was on point, and I LOVED the music. I think the rain hitbox could be a little more intuitive--also, more use could be made of the sunlight, since sunlight is also needed to grow plants. All in all a nice game, though!

"Yo, I'm a bug" xD

This game is so rage-inducing, lol. It'd be great if you could take more than one hit. Props to you for doing everything yourself though-- I love seeing solo devs at work.

Cool little game--I definitely enjoyed the vibe. The jetpack bugged out on me at times, and it was a little confusing figuring out what to do with the plant bubbles, but things like that are typical of jam games.  It was fun to read about all the little plants and satisfying each time I brought one back!

Hi! I'm a beginner game composer looking to fill up my portfolio. I made the soundtrack for a jam game a while back, here's the link: https://the1and0nly.itch.io/harold-and-the-magic-drawer

It might not be much, but I'm dedicated to getting better with each and every jam I do. Can't wait to work with you!

I can make music. We just need a coder now 😂

Hey guys! I'm a beginner game composer trying to get some experience. Artists, programmers, whoever--hit me up so we can collaborate!

Hey dude! I'm a beginner game composer trying to get some experience. I'd love to work on this jam with you!

Yo puedo hacer la musica!

Good game. Could have REALLY used checkpoints, as having to start all over again after dying to the boss was... frustrating. xD
I really liked the overall feel of the game, and the music and art held up too!

Nice job!

Nah, lmao. Glad you liked it tho! :)

WIll do!

I did! But yeah, it would be cool if you fixed that up. xD

Cool game! Not 100% sure where the chaos comes in, lol. Also, the enemies seem to stop spawning at a cerian point, which is sad, because I wanted to keep playing. :(

Overall, nice work! Definitely one of the more complete-feeling games I've played thus far.

Fun game! Definitely very chaotic, and the game's overall premise is very clever! One small issue--I noticed that after dying, if you try to play the game again, the download meter won't fill up and you'll be stuck on the computer's homescreen, unless you reload the game. Not sure why this is, but everything else worked splendidly! :)

Cool game with a very interesting premise! I like the synergy between the brother and sister, and how you always have to remember not to hurt your sibling. Music is great as well! Really well done, guys!

Cool game! Love how you designed the page, and the gameplay is VERY addicting. I even forgot how long I'd been playing it xD

Ahhhh, okay; gotcha! Appreciate the feedback :)

What did you find difficult about the controls? They seemed pretty good to me... 🧐

Ohhhhhhh, okay, got it! Maybe clearing that up in a quick tutorial would help?

I totally get it, man. I'm STILL not completely sold on the balancing in my game. Guess that's part of being a gamedev... 🤷

Yeah, I'm aware. xD

I think most of the weapon's hitboxes made SOME sense, at least. Like, the broom only works if you hit the desk with the very end of it, because that's the way it would work irl. I do agree that larger hitboxes would make more sense gameplay-wise tho.

Thanks for the feedback! :D

Cool game idea, man! Liked the gameplay and the button presses... kinda wish you could press it more frequently tho.

Definitely impressive for a solo dev. Nice work! :)

Phenomenal game! I LOVE the soundtrack! Do you think maybe you could post it on YouTube so i can listen to it on loop? xD

I noticed that there's a bug that makes triple-digit numbers not display correctly. Minor thing tho, as the game was really fun! Awesome job. :)

This game is fucking funny as hell! xD

Okay well, first of all, the music is REALLY irritating. Something calmer and less in-your-face would be preferable.  Secondly, The sound effects are just a little bit too loud. And lastly, controlling the ship is WAY too difficult. Implementing easier and more sensical controls would do the game a lot of favors. That being said, I'm sure you're all very good developers, and I hope you'll use this advice to improve this and future games.

Sorry if I was a little harsh :(

Thanks for the feedback! :)

Like the game! Would like it if the difficulty were a bit more consistent--it seems to go from the player taking no damage at all to getting killed off fairly randomly.

Nice work!

Hey so, I don't know if this was a bug or not, but when I played, the game was... empty. I literally just flew around aimlessly while four enemies tried, unsuccessfully, to catch up to me. The lack of music was also sad to see. I think with some proper tuning, this could really be something fun!

Love the font and menu designs, as well as the overall design of the page! :D
