also for anyone who doesnt know, Pygmalion was a sculptor who fell in love with a statue he created, he grants numerous offerings to aphrodite to turn his statue into a real woman and in the end his wish comes true, him having married and had children with the now human woman. I just found it really interesting how its being used as like, a parallel for //SPOILERS// ;
