The only luck I've had in obtaining a tigerkin is through editing a save. Sadly, I couldn't find any good online ones for the purpose of getting a tigerkin, so I resorted to using a google doc, inspect element, ctrl-f, and a whole lot of luck.
I know about save editors and all that, but no matter what I do, I can't seem to lower a quest's rarity. Does anyone who's had more experience with this know how?
