If you don't know what that means, it means they aren't real. If a fictional character is stated to be 18 years old, they are 18 years old. You're also saying "If someone labels a child as 18 years old and there is an opportunity for sexual interactions with this child, you're okay with that?" as if I'd be sick enough to actually fuck a child.
