If it the cover is hentai then yes that is the game cover. I Could not find in the first section I looked. Ill  try to see if I can find it and report it.

Its on Visual Novel and 2D games cover images its on Adult but I mean that's kind of what you would expect. Its not that its a hentai game its that it has hentai cover image and its on at least 3 of the genres cover images when you click show all genres. Thanks for replying back.

I Cant find the game it comes from. And for some reason its on one of the genre covers. There might be some rogue moderator because that game was not even at the top of the associated genre page somehow. I Can't believe by just scrolling through the genre section you can find literal hentai.

Most people arent scrolling for NSFW hentai they are scrolling for indie games and most people do not want to see hentai while scrolling through the genre section.

I was scrolling through itch.io's genre's and in 2 genre titles I see hentai on the cover of the genre.
