I have no idea why it's only with books, but it's a uncommon bug and it honestly looks cool so lets call it a feature from now on lol

It was morse code! maybe the translator you used was wrong lol. 
I just watched the vid and you never enter the corect one so at least it wasnt a bug.

The candle does provide light (Even more if you hold click) but It's true that I should make the light stronger, I added it mainly so the notes were readable in dark places.

I put action instinctive thinking about the chase part, but it's true that stealth might be a better depiction.

The game took way longer than expected so I had to cut a lot of things that I wanted to add, and I didn't wanted to just add random rooms with nothing in them. That's probably why it feels like that, I'm glad you could enjoy it anyways :)

A short, atmospheric/Action horror game where you play as someone trapped in a hotel inside a VHS tape. There are 4 achievements to get and a story to uncover but it can be fully completed in 25 minutes.


You found a weird VHS tape at your doorstep, thinking It could be from a crazy killer leaving evidence to the police you watched the tape only to get sucked right in to the TV, whatever that means.
