Because it's built up from the original mod which predates ntt. Hence why it doesn't work like a normal ntt mod, it's built off a much older version of the game
Thanks! Glad to hear you enjoy them! With Diesel you gotta either stall to heal him with his heal move, or rely on a healer. Utilizing the fact that he both gets oil pigment and a stack of oil slicked when hit with a direct attack can help, letting him get hit by weak direct attacks is a pretty good strat.
