Hmm, let me post an example see how you have a bigger road connecting to a smaller road through the town. I was trying to figure out a simple way that one could possibly modernize a bit but keep the overall theme. I don't know how easy or possible this is to code though. But I guess you can call it "Adjacent" roads / Adjacent highways.
