Lip is clearly just posting to gaslight you at this point. Passionate though they might be, that is the kind of toxicity that is better blocked and disregarded for the sake of your mental health. If they actually cared, their comments would be supportive, not undercutting.

This is quite good, but I am concerned about using so much content directly from the Ori games (particularly the OST). I feel like that is a recipe for certain disaster.

What you could do to prevent that is add more degrees of seperation (e.g. not make it Ori themselves but another forest spirit and use different music). That would also give you more creative freedom in writing dialogue than just direct game content references.

Also, I am a fan of the art at present, but I would suggest a few more frames for penetration to make it less *snappy*. Maybe also add more interaction points to their body for scritches, kisses, and other foreplay.
