You can actually still play as him through the debug menu. If you go to any song and press 7 on your keyboard, you will be in debug menu. Click the song tab and u can change bf to pico, though his animations are a little buggy and cause him to move outside of his area, though the other sprites wont be shown. Still pretty cool though, also includes miss animations. Or you can just do what ninjamuffin said in the comments lulw

Really good game. I havent been noticing any problems, and you did a really good job with the animation and graphics. Love the concept of the demons in week 5 and week 6, overall great game

That might be something to do with your computer -- try reinstalling the game
