Bruh i feel blind where did sadara go? Gave her medicine waited then she disappeared i even got through most of chapter 3 still can't find her, please help I feel stupid

Love the game so far, but cannot beat level 3, spikes lead to cliff to high to climb has me stuck. Oh well
