thank you!!

thank you! I think it's probably good that your reaction is hard to put into words.

RIP Vansat

Thank you for playing it. It means a lot to hear that!

Thank you so much for playing!

what was the song used for the ending? really great work!!

Really made  me feel like a Fetus - I love the music and atmosphere. Just wish I could be born someday, but maybe i prefer to remain stuck in space infinitely disconnected from my surroundings.

The version you linked was the culmination of the first series of prototypes of this project, originally made with a team for a class at NYU. I continued working on it for multiple years after and redeveloped it in various forms, ending up with this version you played here.

yeah i really dig this input scheme, it's interesting because you can get multiple cool results depending on how you play with it.

very well executed for a first game/jam! got to level 30 and really enjoyed the speeding up and increasing generation of the collectibles. simple but it works quite well

currently the steam demo is the same as this itch release, so either one. When the full game releases, both will be updated and should not differ.

The date was automatically set, the full game release hasn't been announced yet.

please leave!

harsh...

it's a game about people getting hit by cars. of course you're missing something

my birds hate this. I love it. OOCH AAHHH!!!

Thanks so much for playing fricochet! That is high praise.

A manual is a great idea and I think it would make a lot of sense considering hardware like what we have in the game really is this abstruse and often comes with deep and detailed manuals. As we continue to test and update the game, we will also be working to make the devices more intuitive as we go.

Besides that, I will be creating more environments and hopefully reaching out to other creators and friends to help me make more content for the game. I think we are pretty set with the basic loop of exploration --> recording --> mixing.
