You can group them. If you open the export window you can see how many frames/sprites are inside each group.

SpriteSheetScanner can find all sprites inside a sprite sheet and save selected ones seperate in choosen folder(s) or create new sheet(s) of them in 32bit PNG format.

Just created a tool that cut out all sprites from a sheet and exports to a new sprite sheet.

Need 10 seconds: Drag sheet. Scan. Export. Save. Done. :)
