During investigation I save stop for a bit so I close the game but when I return to it and load save file the truth bullet image stays on screen and restarting the deadly life via chapter select is only way to get it back to normal but even then if I save and quit again it still happens 

In mobile version it won't let me  leave the enter file name screen

Sad to hear but I understand however Did you have to make it undownloaded tho? Couldn't you at least kept the last version up? I only got a very very old version was waiting until it was finished to download it again
