The file size is the only thing they have in common. The Uploader uses the Names, game descriptions and pictures of other NSFW/Adult games and I don't really want to bad-mouth the original games but if you look at the patterns I describe it should be easy to find them. All are uploaded by different Accounts with the comment section being disabled and no links to for example a Patreon or a Discord. The person has uploaded about 20 or more "games" in the adult section in the last few days.

In the recent few hours, I have noticed that someone is spamming software with a file size of either 241 MB or 445 MB. That Person or Group uses names, images, videos and description texts from other games. The Accounts never published a game before and for each game a new Account is used. In some uploads, the person says you have to disable your Antivirus to download it. I don't know what the download contains but I don't think it is anything good and I'm almost certain that the Original Copyright holders didn't give permission to use their game names and advertisement pictures. I don't know if other sections other than Adult/NSFW (and related sections) are affected by this.
I wanted to create this topic to spread awareness of this and warn others.
