At last, Sacrifices is available as a standalone .jar file here on itch.
A dedicated Windows version is also available on Steam.
PC release is to be expected this Autumn!
It is being worked on and should happen some time.
Soon? I cannot say at the moment.
We always thought the game as a mobile-oriented experience, not suitable for PC gaming habits. But there would be no huge technical hurdle to this, so why not.
