btw the reason why its the mouse is thats the joystick of the n64 and the d-pad is the movement as the wasd
no it doesent need to run on the console but it needs to have the color limitations and some other stuff like the resolution and yea basicly has to look like that but no it doesent need to run on the console
i dont think so because it would break the illusion and the restrictions of the console but that just my opinion
