Ok, cool. Any clue when it should come out?

Cool! I was talking about the world thing, but the level specific skin thing is good modding info too. I found out about the world thing when I realized that skins for character's don't go in the character mods.

I have 2 more questions. 1: Will the next version of Boll Deluxe be 1.0 or will it be before 1.0? 2: Will it specify that it's the new engine or will it just say "Boll Deluxe" and then the version number and that's it

How do I make level skins? And more importantly is it possible?

I never had a chance to play Game & Watch, but your recreations are on point with the original Nintendo series of games! With stuff like this, you could remake New Super Mario Bros without it having the lag of a normal emulator! (Just noticed you already have a DS game, so please do some others, and maybe even make a whole collection of them. Just do different easier controls, please.)
