Yes, this is normal. This is an unsigned program. In other words, Microsoft or Apple or whoever's behind your OS hasn't officially authorised the use of this program on computers running your OS. Therefore, the first time you start up the program, it'll always bring up a message telling you to be careful when opening it.

Nice! You could try to maybe make it so that you don't have to go around a lot of the planet to get the meteor, and not have a meteor which just drifts around the top without coming close to the ball. Then again, I don't know if that's possible on Scratch.
