It's a RPGMaker thing. You can try using Magnifier to see if that helps (a friend streamed it to Discord and got highquality photos with it). Besides that, I don't think you can.

Most recording programs let you adjust the size of what's being recorded (ex. OBS)

tbh I want to translate it myself (using translation software) but I don't know how to get the game 😭😭😭 I don't speak Japanese I just know which translation softwares work the best......

Some programs that protect files do usually get falsely flagged as malicious, but personally Malwarebytes hasn't gotten mad at Zeno yet

Could you try redownloading it?

And did you download the ENG version or the regular version?

edit: The recent comment in JPN says the software used to protect the in-game files is being flagged as malware so there's nothing they can do about it until a solution is found
