Yeah, this was my experience as well. The adventure aspect really doesn't add anything to the game, other than doubling the runtime without improving the story or the characters. I also accidentally closed the button with Esc at some point. I just gave up and watched the ending on YouTube isntead. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I really wish the story and characters were more fleshed out, half the side characters we're just stereotypical stock characters and didn't feel like real people to me. And the horror of Parsnip being a psycho just... isn't interesting or suprising. Like it feels like the only thing this game excels at is the cute factor and the character animations. Everything else just feels incomplete to me.

The game also really sorely needs a skip dialogue option. There were 5-10 times where I accidentally started talking to the same character twice and I just had to sit there for 10-20 seconds before being allowed to move on.

because being half baked is the only way to live

when being a half baked pizza (or human), it gives u the convenience to put your pizza (or human) in the oven when it is most convenient for you - rather than having to eat it immediately after ordering, lest it get cold.

EDIT: half baked is not a compliment when it comes to video games, since - metaphorically - the disk would be fried and not work in the console. video games should never be baked in any circumstance.

I HAVE LITERALLY TRIED TO REPLAY LEVELS IN IT FOR FUN, AND OTHER THAN THAT ONE WHITE CITY LEVEL LATER IN THE GAME, I LITERALLY CAN. NOT. ENJOY MYSELF. THE LEVEL DESIGN IS SO BORING AND THE LEVELS ARE SO SHORT THAT IT HURTS. I LIKE THE MUSIC IN THIS GAME, BUT I CANT LISTEN TO IT BEFORE BEATING THE LEVEL CURSE YOU SEGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

What if the strategy is to spend 4 years creating the most hyped game jam that has ever existed? It could even become the No Man's Sky of game jams! All i can say is that i'm sold, and my body will be ready in 2026 for this glorious competition.
