Currently, there is no way to reposition or delete items you have already placed. I am currently working on implementing this feature in the following update!

Thanks for the feedback! I agree that clicking close on achievements should not be necessary, and this will be addressed in the next update. Buildings are just anything that will generate more crops per second, perhaps it may be better to change the terminology for clarity since many of the 'buildings' you buy aren't really a building by definition.
