anyone know how to prompt the bj?

anyone know what the "return to level one after level three" secret is about? only thing I ever notice is that annie is gone after you get enough money to beat the level

yeah, i have access to the annie game mode. i beat the tutorial and the cave with the secret demon, but not the last playable level. the only other level i can access is the botto left, which i know isnt playable at

i cant play 3, thats the problem. I can only play 2, the third one never unlocks. another one does unlock, but its not a playable level. thats what im trying to say

I cant unlock annies third level. I know you can only play the bottom right, bottom middle, and top right levels. I only have access to the first 2 and the bottom left. played through the tutorial and second level several times each, getting both scenes with mac and the secret character in the second level. anyone else having this or know how to fix? already tried reinstalling, and really dont want to delete all my progress if i dont have to

got the ball stuck on the bumpers, just keeps going back and forth forever. i got it to happen right at the start and im at 45k right now, no sign of stopping. maybe make multiple hits hits on the bumper in a row have less and less force?
