The next patch is finished story-wise but some things in the update are causing the game to break, such as the gallery causing lag and errors popping up trying to fetch items for the new patch. A good decision that results in a poor outcome is simply getting unlucky. You went in with the knowledge on how to best navigate the situation and followed that advice, fate did not agree, you cannot place blame on yourself or others for things out of anyone's control. Simply take solace in knowing you did all you could.

In short: Skill issue.

Ey my man. I just wanted to give some appreciation for what has to be the most dedicated dev(s?) of any game I have found on here. The story is incredible and engaging, the characters all are fun and unique. I don't know how much time I've spent playing this game but not a single second of it has been wasted. 

Just downloaded on a whim. I'm about a few hours in and already love this project. So much character and complexity I feel myself getting emotional at times. I thought it was odd how many warnings there were until I watched the "Patreon" video, now I understand and I am sorry that happened to you guys.  Overall, it's been a great experience and definitely in my top ranks. I look forward to your future updates and when the full game comes out I'll be there!
