I think I now know how to replicate this bug. If you alt-tab when you get an item before you press continue, you can't press continue anymore and you are forced to alt f4 the game. I have tried pressing all the buttons and none seem to work.

Unequpping is smart! I haven't thought of that lol. It is still kinda frustrating but hey, we can experience bloodborne on PC lol

I got a throwing knife form a  large rat in yharnam sewers and I cant press continue. I had to restart and lose a lot of progress.

First lost hunter jittering in the middle (it actually helped out lol)

Upgrading stats arrow down makes you shoot your bullets RIP silver bullets
